This file consolidates: party setup; the returning-PC antagonist Pants (warforged) arc; the four relic callbacks; city prep for Passage with branch hooks to Crown Island (crown) or Sharn (egg); Lightning Rail notes; the Dungeon of Doors (Stanley-Parable vibe) including a live scoreboard for Mindra; a DMPC Psion summary; FoundryVTT enricher quick refs; and key session beats.

Party & Rules

Main Arc: Pants (Warforged) & the Relics

Continuity note: The “crown / egg / broken hammer / belt” are intentional callbacks to your prior campaign. Pants was a former PC; Ely was their best friend and is believed dead. The crown is Ely’s; the egg references the two Tarrasque eggs your previous party carried and ultimately hatched; the broken hammer was Pants’ weapon; the belt was a Belt of Giant Strength Pants used.

Crown Island (Crown)

  • Rumors of a “no-fly” pocket and auroras; House Lyrandar captains steer wide
  • Wreck notes mention a green diadem that sings in dreams
  • Complications: elemental gales, thin-places, rival salvagers
  • Payoff: crown truth; Ely-adjacent visions; coordinates toward hammer fragments

Sharn (Egg)

  • Codename “Unhatched Covenant”; talk of an exhibit swap at Morgrave or a private vault
  • Factions: Boromar vs. Daask; Cannith interests; inquisitives sniffing around
  • Complications: decoy artifacts, cursed curios, the “egg” as bait
  • Payoff: Pants’ sponsor lead; belt sightings in the Cogs or Bazaar

Passage & Lightning Rail

Passage (Aundair): staging hub with docks, warehouses, and Orien manifests. Use “changing of the shift” timing for security patterns: heavy at dawn/dusk; looser midday with bribes or forged credentials. Local color: dockside fixers, a discreet inquisitive’s office, and a gossip-rich railhouse tavern.

Lightning Rail: make it a moving heist/social arena. Car-by-car seeds: noble car (dueling invitations), freight car (contraband), elementalist crew car (sabotage clues), dining car (sleight-of-hand), roof chase beats. Ticket shenanigans, cut brake lines, elemental binding failure, and compartment swaps are all fair game.
